Creativity unleashed – expanding team and new range of services

Hotspring has been moving from strength to strength over 2021 and 2022. There has been an increasing demand for creative, outsourced VFX work- with the global animation and VFX markets expected to grow at a CAGR of over 11. 5% from 2021 to 2026. 

Our team of VFX artists continues to grow. We have added more hires to the executive team to ensure both clients and artists are fully supported as we scale. Our new executive team members include the addition of Andra Bard as Executive Producer. Andra has 25 years of experience in the VFX industry and was most recently Head of Production at Trace VFX. Andra’s focus at Hotspring is to pair clients with the best talent for their VFX needs. 

Our new Global Creative Director, Nico Cotta brings a wealth of experience spanning 30 years in the VFX industry to Hotspring. His focus is to expand Hotspring’s global network of high-end creative teams and oversee the execution of outstanding creative work. 

Last but not least, we have welcomed Anshul Gattani to the team, who leaves his role as a Line Producer at NetFX to join us as a Senior Producer. Anshul’s wide-ranging experience in various areas of the VFX industry and, specifically, in optimizing production pipelines will be invaluable to both clients and our VFX artists as the platform grows. Alongside these executive hires, Hotspring will be adding two Associate Producers to the team, Vikas Rajput and Vikram Rokade.
